Refund & Return Policy

Every product from Sri Gopal Stores is carefully packed before dispatch. Even so, if any issue arises, our return and refund policy below is designed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Returns/exchanges are applicable in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received torn, damaged, or defective
  • Manufacturing defect in the product
• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return Process

1. Exchanges/ damaged/ replaced products will be delivered to you within 10 days
2. If you notice an issue after receiving the product, contact us by email or phone with photos/videos of the product.
3. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible.
4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to the address provided, or will be collected by our pickup partner.

Refund Process

• The refund process begins after the returned product is received and verified.
• Refunds are typically processed within and credited 7–10 business days to the original payment method (bank account / UPI / card).
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
• Customers may also choose to exchange the product for another item of equal value instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Products that have been used or used in worship/puja
• Products damaged due to customer negligence
• Complaints raised after the 48-hour reporting window

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, if there is an issue with the product, it will be handled according to the return policy above.
